BOOK A SPECIAL EVENT

We encourage you to consider The Oasis Country Club for any special upcoming event. Our staff eagerly awaits the opportunity to attend to you and your guests. We can customize a menu to meet your specific needs or tastes.  The Banquet Package shows suggestions of possible menu items for your consideration.  Our food and beverage team has years of experience coordinating a cariety of special events:
  • Casual or more formal Luncheons (with or without golf outings)
  • Weddings and Wedding Receptions
  • Birthday Parties (brunch, lunch, dinner or cocktail parties)
  • Anniversary Parties
  • Life Celebrations
  • Private Cocktail Parties

We are skilled in providing suggestions to help make your event stand out from all others. Rooms and outside dining areas are available in the clubhouse to accommodate a range of events from small meetings and intimate dinner parties up to large events for a maximum of 150 people.

Golf outings can also be coordinated with the golf professionals to be held individually or combined with either a brunch, luncheon, or even a dinner dance with live music.  

All options are limited only by your imagination.



OASIS DINING ROOM DRESS CODE

The Oasis has a standard dress code for the Dining Room as outlined below.  However, the dress code is not in effect for those private events that have booked the entire Dining Room or those events that take place exclusvely in either the Marrakesh or Casablanca Rooms.  

1.  Men: Long pants and shirts with collars.  Appropriate golf attire: Shirts with collars and sleeves, mock turtlenecks with a raised collar, slacks or Bermuda shorts no shorter than 2" above the knee.   

2.  Women:  Dress slacks (full length or below the knee), dresses and skirts.  Appropriate golf attire: Slacks, at least mid-thigh in length shorts, skirts and skorts, Golf shirts without sleeves must have a strap of at least two (2") inches.  Golf appropriate tees will be acceptable.

3.  Denim in good repair without any rips, tears, patches, frayed ends or holes and/or not overly faded.  

4.  Saturday Evenings and Sunday Brunches:
    a.    Men:   Long pants and shirts with collars.   
    b.    Women:  Dress slacks (full length or below the knee), dresses and skirts.

5.  After April 1, the Golf Course Rules and Regulations regarding appropriate attire will apply in the Dining Room.  If there is a reasonable doubt about the proper attire, the Food and Beverage Manager will make the final decision

Inappropriate Dress for Men or Women: Sweat suits of any material, bathing suits, midriff  tops, cutoffs, athletic style/gym/tennis/bike/ baggy shorts or short-shorts, visible undergarments or bare feet.


FLOOR PLANS

The beautifully appointed Dining Rooms are located upstairs in the clubhouse. Four rooms are available: The Main Dining Room, the Middle and Main Marrakesh Rooms, and the Casablanca Room.

The Main Dining Room features beautifully arched windows overlooking an expansive view of the golf course. The Main Dining Room and the two Marrakesh Rooms can be opened up into each other to create a large space capable of seating a maximum of 150 guests.

The arched windows in the Main Marrakesh Room have a lovely view of lushly landscaped planters and the entryway. Each Marrakesh Room can comfortably seat between 40-48 people.

The Casablanca Room is an intimate setting in a private hexagonal shaped room with a high ceiling and soaring arched windows covered with Bermuda shutters. The Casablanca Room can accommodate approximately 24-30 guests.
